Marketing & Product Manager

Well-Established, Leading Branded and Luxury Beauty Products distributor, specializes in brand building and product distributionship, invites applicants for the position of Product Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Marketing Division to strengthen brands market presence as well as to provide leadership directions to increase brands profitability.
• Fully manage and responsible for the Brands P&L and budgets.
• Review and improvise on existing branding activities, ensure strategies customize to product luxury positioning.
• Direct the Marketing team on strategize and execution of Marketing Plans, Public Relation and Media liaising, Advertising & Promotion activities, Product launches promotion schedule and development of distribution channels.
• Oversee all aspects of Sales & Operations activities which include sales turnover, sales budget, collateral budget, stock management and staff motivation & training.
• Manage P&L; establish annual sales targets and plans for the financial year; ensure approved sales targets are achieved.
• Ensure efficiency in Management Reporting; Provide business progress reports and general market trends and competitors’ activities for decision making and business development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or in relevant discipline.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in similar capacity, preferably in Luxury FMCG field is required for this position.
• Highly creative, energetic & sales driven.
• Possess strong leadership skills, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Well groomed and possess pleasant disposition.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Singaporeans and PR holders only
