Kobelco Machinery Asia Pte Ltd is a well established Japanese Company dealing with sales and servicing of air compressors and industrial machinery. We welcome suitable candidate to apply for the position of:

Clerical Assistant (Pandan Road)

Responsibilities:

• Daily data entries
• Coordination with vendors/customers
• Generate purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices
• Preparation of shipping and trading related documents
• Assist and attend telephone calls and enquiries
• General administrative duties
• Other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level/Diploma
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Basic computer and shipping knowledge
• 5 days work week (Mon – Fri 8.45am – 5.30 pm)
• Working location in Pandan Road and Company transport will be provided at Clementi MRT Station
• Singaporeans/PR/Malaysians only
