HR & Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions, including payroll processing, overtime and allowance calculation, IR8A, CPF, leave administration and recruitment;
• Responsible for all Insurance, medical and compiling monthly management and administration reports;
• Liaising with vendor for sourcing and quotation of administrative material;
• Able to analyze and implement improvements of HR practices and procedures;
• Handle ad-hoc project.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR function, preferably in retailing environment;
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
• Strong analytical and communication skills and should be able to work under pressure;
• Confidence to handle external parties independently;
• Meticulous, hardworking, willing to learn, able to multi-task and work independently;
• Able to interact with all levels of people;
• Bilingual in English and Cantonese is a MUST;
• Immediately available preferred.
• Willing to work in a new start up company and able to work independently

Other Job Info

• 5 days work per week
• Singaporean / SPR may apply
• Willing working with one colleague in office
