Account Assistant / Accountant

Post 1: Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Preferably has experience in full sets of accounts
• Handling AP/AR, daily accounting transactions, bank reconciliation, GST report and etc
• Assist in the preparation of management reporting and cash flow
• Liaise with internal and external auditor on audit schedule

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting / LCCI
• Knowledge with experience working on MYOB
• Fresh graduates with little experience in handling accounts are welcome
• Ability to work independently
• Committed to deadline and task assigned
• Able to start work immediately
• 5 days week
• Only Sporean / PR need apply

Post 2: Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely and accurate management reports and financial statements
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial and management reports
• Prepare quarterly GST filing
• Manage inter-company clearing process
• Oversees the financial accounting and tax related matters
• Ensure compliance with internal policies & procedures as well as govt. regulations & policies.
• Good knowledge of employment act and Human Resource Skill
• Assist management with special and/or ad-hoc financial related projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance/CPA/ACCA
• Min 2 years and above related work experience in accounting and analysis
• Good consolidation experience and solid financial analytical skill
• Knowledge of automated financial analysis and accounting reporting systems
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Meticulous, independent, hardworking and  able to deliver within tight deadlines
• Good communication and analytical skills in English and Chinese
• Possess positive attitude and able to work under pressure
• Singaporean/SPR only
