ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Handle receipt / payment
  • Monitor debts collection and ensure collection within credit terms & limits
  • Ensure completeness in receipt / payment vouchers filing
  • Handle collection/payment on local / overseas agents account
  • Key AP invoices (relating to company’s overheads)
  • Handle AR / AP reconciliation
  • Other ad-hoc accounts

Requirements:



  • Min LCCI with 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Good working knowledge in reconciliation of accounts and MS Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be independent and able to work well under pressure
  • Must be able to read and communicate in English and Mandarin
  • Those with credit control experience will be an advantage
  • Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply
  • Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
