Telesales Manager

A Leading Life Insurance Company is looking to invite a dynamic leader to join the team in leading the telemarketing department.



Responsibilities:

  • Manages first line supervisors that are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a team of outbound telemarketers.
  • Motivates and drives first line supervisors and outbound telemarketers to ensure sales production meets targets.
  • Develop business plan for team/group operations including budget development.
  • Approves personnel activities concerning hiring, training/development, and evaluation of staff performance.
  • May build industry relations communicating technologies and operational concerns through industry networking.

Requirements:

  • University degree/diploma holder with PGI, BCP, CHI certification. Preferably with CMFAS M5 & M9 as well.
  • Prior experience as a or currently a call centre manager
  • Has worked in outbound telemarketing outfit for 5- 10 years
