We provide certification programs and product distribution of world leading psychometric instruments in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia & Brunei and we also provide consulting services to the private and public sectors in over 20 countries and in all hemispheres ranging from China, Japan & Korea in the east to Nigeria in the west and from Europe and the U.S.A in the north to Australia in the south.

Consultant

Salary: Negotiable

Broad responsibility for:

  • Certification programs = specific brief is Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia. May deliver in other countries if and when CPP request and approve.
  • Consulting & coaching services = not limited by geographic territory, but to keep other CPP distributors informed of activities as appropriate.
  • Research & intellectual property = developing and rolling out commercially valuable IP,
  • Training programs = not limited by geographic territory

Specific task responsibilities:

Certification Programs

  • Delivery of the public and in-house certification program schedule in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia, for all tools where has train-the-trainer qualification.
  • Achieve train the trainer status in any instruments where not currently qualified and, as appropriate, new instruments.
  • Provide input and feedback to International Training Division of CPP for development of new certification programs. Likewise, contribute to continuous improvement of existing certification programs.

Business Development



  • At all times seek to expand [through client meetings and other communication channels] the client network and maximize sales of programs, products and consulting services.
  • Take the lead in organizing Alumni Group sessions for existing clients.
  • Actively participate in networking and professional groups [for example International Coach Federation, chambers of commerce, industry groupings].
  • Speak at conferences and have articles published on themes relevant to our business.

Consulting & Coaching Services

  • Ensure continued development of consulting services [e.g. training, leadership development, coaching and skills/professional workshops].
  • Deliver consulting and coaching services for clients, ensuring revenue in line with annual targets.
  • Design and develop application programs, building on our psychometric instrument niche/credibility.

Research & IP

  • Lead projects [for example; surveys, research] creating commercially valuable IP [for example; added value services to alumni group, new workshops and training programs].

Strategy & Operations

  • As part of the management team contribute to strategy development, achievement of annual business plans, training of staff and excellent operations.

Requirements:

  • Possess degree and above
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, independent, dynamic and resourcefulness
  • Enjoy interacting with professionals
  • Able to do stand-up training
  • Preferably with 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Able to start immediately
  • Singaporean / PR only
