Tele-centre is an established third party call centre providing outsourced services. We are expanding our operations and currently looking for aspiring individuals to join us as Team Leaders. If you are people-oriented with a great passion for customer service, we look forward to have you on board.
Customer Care Officer – Call Centre Rotating Shift
Requirements:
- Handles incoming telephone enquiries (including feedback) from members of the public relating to social assistance schemes.
- Display good customer empathy and ensure appropriate resolution is provided depending on the nature of customer request.
- Performs follow-up calls to customers as required to resolve any outstanding queries.
- Ensures that all commitment made on the call are delivered by close follow-up.
- Ensure that any out of scope issues are swiftly escalated to the appropriate entities based on agreed procedures.
- Undertakes any administration tasks delegated by the Team Manager / Team Leader.
- Requirements
- Minimum GCE O levels.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service or call centre environment.
- Able to speak fluent English and a second language. (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil).
- Good patience and passion in dealing with/ helping needy people.
- Customer service oriented individual with proven track record
- Knowledgeable in the use of computer and related standard office applications.
- Candidates with experience working in social services or similar capacity an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast paced and shift scheduled environment(8am-6pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-8am) (44-hour work week based on 24×7 coverage)
- Housewives or retirees welcome.
- Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
