Finance Associate (Perm/Dip)

Our client is a healthcare MNC from the US. Currently, they are seeking to hire an experienced Finance Associate:

• Process payments and perform accounts payable system maintenance such as check runs, report generation, and system overrides
• Perform timely and accurate processing of all inter-company payments including problem identification, analysis, and resolution
• Perform month-end close activities
• Prepare general ledger reconciliation’s of liability accounts
• Interact with multiple functions and external suppliers regarding payment status
• Assist Accountant with reviews and audits of prepared voucher packages
• Support the audit processes
• Nearest MRT: Marsiling

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Finance function
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
