MTM, a well known skincare establishment in Asia, is a pioneer in custom-blended concept featuring skincare solutions that were based on specific needs of each customer.  Due to our recent expansion we invite the following suitably personnel to join us:

Shop Manager/Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of retail outlets assigned
• Achieve sales targets, promote and sell products and services
• Deliver good customer service in a fast paced environment
• Plan duty roster and sales targets
• Handle customers issues and feedbacks
• Manages accurate inventory of retail outlets assigned
• Manage documentation in retail outlets assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Retail Management or any related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail industry preferably in cosmetic/skincare; which includes 1 year in a supervisory role
• Must be computer literate
• Ability to work retail hours
• Must have an interest to work in retail industry
