Senior Executive
Responsibilities: (Accounting / Bank Operations / HR)
- Experience and understanding general commodity trading flow.
- Handle back to back letter of credit & shipping documents & negotiation.
- Making shipping documents based on letter of credit
- Liaise with bank officer all banking transactions
- Daily report all bank balance, monthly status LC & Loan outstanding.
- Trace and monitor payments, chase for outstanding payments.
- Monitoring cash flows and credit risks.
- Comparison of interest such as labor and spreads.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for HQ.
- Liaising with the Auditors for audit purposes.
- Manage all banks accounts transactions.
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts.
- Prepare and view budgeting.
- General Administration.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma holders
- Min 5 years experience
- Familiar with MS Office & MYOB software
- Experience in Full sets accounts
