Telemarketing/ Telesales

Responsibilities:

• To pro-actively make out-bound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote about our services
• To create interest on and qualify all internal and external lead sources in order to setup appointments for sales.
• Adhere to company standards and agreed procedures/processes.
• Update all activities in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum O- Level holders with 1- 2 years of successful experience in Telemarketing roles (Fresh diploma holders may apply)
• Outgoing, determined, patient and customer-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a dynamic environment. 
• SINGAPOREAN OR PR ONLY.
