Deputy Director – People Excellence Office

Responsibilities :

• Develop the overall people capability of the intermediate and long-term health care sector through implementing people excellence practices.
• Provide leadership in talent development resources and programmes.
• Establish collaborative relationships with Professional Institutions, Voluntary Welfare Organizations (VWOs), government agencies and the private sector.
• Lead and organise dialogue sessions, focus groups, and board meetings to generate awareness on People Excellence framework.
• Conceptualise, develop and implement strategic projects aimed at promoting HR capabilities.
• Implement policies, systems & processes, programmes & services which facilitate the execution of People Excellence framework.
• Review and evaluate the outcomes of project implementations.

  

Requirements :

• A good degree.
• Preferably with 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the area of organisational development and business excellence.
• Experience in promoting and implementing innovation, learning and organisational development.
• Experience in business excellence certifications.
