HR Administrator/Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, work permits, resignations, HR records and training administration, performance appraisals, HR policies update
  • Insurance and other general administration

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in HR Management/Business Administration
  • 1-2 years practical experience in GENERAL HR functions
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (liaison with Mandarin speaking colleagues)
  • Energetic, fast learning, responsible, mature and meticulous with a can-do attitude and good sense of confidentiality
  • Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills  
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications
