1)         Executive (Corporate Marketing)

You are responsible for promoting SATA CommHealth services to corporate clients and/or general practitioners which includes regular client servicing.  Your other duties include handling all enquiries pertaining to Health Screening and Employment related medical examination from corporate clients/general practitioners. You will also assist in planning and development of promotional health events and marketing activities.

Requirements:

2)         Executive Stenographer

Requirements:

  • GCE O Level, with typing speed of at least 35 wpm;
  • Candidates who are familiar with medical terminology will be an added advantage;

  • Ability to take dictation for Radiologist.

 

3)         Operations Executives

Responsible in ensuring the smooth operation of the Medical Centre. Duties include organizing and planning the schedule for all staff, attending to any problem, ensuring the accounts are balance daily,  investigating public complaints, responsible for induction and training of new staff, upselling of health services to customers, maintaining of inventory of equipment, surgical accessories instruments, special linen, etc, 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration with at least 5 yrs of experience in healthcare/travel/hospitality industry;
  • Good vocal, written, customer service and communications skills;
  • Experienced in managing/leading a team;
  • Must be willing to travel between the 4 Medical Centres as and when required.

 

4)         Staff Nurses

You will provide direct nursing care and activities to the patients. You will also be responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and evaluating daily operational activities in an assigned patient care unit. In addition, you are required to exercise, economy and care in the use of equipment and supplies, ensure all accessories are in optimal working condition and to perform all other dispensary-related duties when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board;
  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing with at least 3 years of Nursing experience;
  • Good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Bilingual in at least two languages, preferably Mandarin.

 

5)         Assistant Nurses

You are responsible in supporting the nursing department with intermediate level skills and provide direct nursing care and activities to patients under the supervision and guidance of the Senior/Staff nurse. Your duties include performing phlebotomy, assisting in performing treadmill stress test under supervision of the Resident Physician, performing finger prick blood tests, interpreting urine tests, collecting basic Biodata, assisting the Resident Physician in carrying out clinical procedures, setting up appointments for patients as well as simple wound dressing under the supervision of the Senior/Staff nurse.

Requirements:

  • NITEC in Nursing with min 1 year of relevant working experience;
  • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board;
